I support both the Balanced Budget Amendment as well as Pay Go budgeting. It’s simple, if you pass a program you need to pay for it up front. The Balanced Budget Amendment would require a greater level of accountability than is currently seen in the budgeting process, a level of accountability that is currently being used by our state legislature.
